WARRANTIES

SPECTACLE LENS WARRANTY

All spectacle lenses purchased from us come with at least a twelve month warranty against manufacturing faults. IIf the type of lenses we've recommended doesn't meet your needs we'll replace it within the first three months at no charge for one of the same value, and for the difference in price  for a more expensive one.

FRAME WARRANTY

Likewise, all frames sold by us come with at least a  twelve month warranty against manufacturing faults. Outside the warranty period,  frames may still be replaced at our discretion. Any frame sold by us that proves unsuitable for the use for which it was intended in the first three months, will be exchanged with another of up to the same value.

SATISFACTION WARRANTY

If you are not happy with any product or service we have provided within three months, of receiving it, we'll sort it out! We want a result you're happy with, so we'll change, repair, replace or refund, as appropriate.
